Properties and Uses:

Blue Yarrow essential oil has been shown to be anti-inflammatory and hormone-like. It is useful for scarring, supports the prostate, may alleviate menstrual issues such as PMS and helps varicose veins.

 

Application:

Topical: Apply 2-4 drops on location as desired. Dilution not necessary except for the most sensitive skin.

Inhalation: Directly inhale or diffuse (may be too thick to diffuse as a single oil in a glass nebulizing diffuser).

Internal: Suitable to take as a dietary supplement. The Essential Oil Desk Reference suggests 2 drops in a capsule, three times daily or as needed.

 

Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
