I'll put your order into an invoice and email it back to you. Since we are a homeschooling family, we typically work on orders after 9 p.m. and answer emails at night also. Orders received by 9 p.m. are typically able to be sent out the next weekday morning once confirmed if need be. For most orders, there is no need for confirmation, and we process them quickly so you can have the oils as soon as possible.

Please check your order carefully before sending it to me.

We send the orders out using Priority Mail. We charge the actual price for postage and insurance. We charge the insurance amount that the post office charges, but we carry the insurance, because on the occasions that we've needed to make a claim, the post office made it so hard to collect that it wasn't worth our time or the customer's time either. So if there is a problem, we can take care of it right away, without you having to go through all the hoops on your end and then us on our end to get things resolved.

The least expensive way we can ship is by using a small flat-rate box. We can typically fit 6-8 15ml bottles of oil into this box, which has the flat-rate cost of $5.00 + insurance, which is usually at least $1 (depends on the value of the package).

With every first order, we send out a simple liability disclaimer that basically says that you are the one responsible for how you use the oils, not us. We'll send this in a self-addressed, stamped envelope and ask that you read it over (it's very simple and straightforward), sign it and return it to us. We accept checks, PayPal and VISA, Master Card and Discover credit cards.

Please tell us how you heard (who told you) about our oils. Almost everyone hears by word-of-mouth, and its been fun to keep up with the connections and watch how the "essential oil family tree" grows.
