Extraction Method: Hydrodiffused root

Isovalencenol 11-15%
Khusenol 6-11%
alpha Vetivone 3-6%
beta Vetivone 3-6%

Properties and Uses:

Vetiver essential oil is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is commonly used for painful joints. It is antiseptic, antispasmodic, a relaxant and circulatory stimulant.

Vetiver is used for ADHD, anxiety, joint aches and pains, depression (including after giving birth), insomnia, skin care such as for wrinkles, oily, aging and acne.

 

Application:

Topical: Apply 2-4 drops on location as desired.

Inhalation: Directly inhale or diffuse (may be too thick to diffuse as a single oil in a glass nebulizing diffuser).

Internal: Suitable to take as a dietary supplement.

 

Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
