Thyme linalool is considered milder than ct. thymol and is used with very young children. It is used to help fight infections of all kinds including viral, mucus congestion, colds, flu, muscular pain, joint aches and pains, bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, thrush, coughs, throat infections, warts, and pain relief in general.

Gamma-Terpinene 4-11%

Linalool 3-6.5%

Carvacrol 0.5-5.5%

 

Indications:

Thyme essential oil is anti-oxidant, highy anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-parasitic. It is commonly used for infectious diseases, cardiovascular issues, Alzheimers and hepatitis. Thymol (the most active ingredient) is used in over-the-counter products such as mouthwash and vapor rubs.

 

Application:

Topical: Dilute 1:4 with a carrier oil and apply 2-4 drops on location, temples, neck and so on as desired.

Inhalation: Diffuse (undiluted). May irritate nasal membranes or skin if inhaled directly from diffuser or bottle, or applied undiluted.

Internal: Can be taken as a dietary supplement diluted 20:80.


Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
