Lymphatic Cleanse

Cypress, Grapefruit, Orange

 

Indications:

Detox the lymphatic system, liver, kidney (diuretic), lymph drainage

 

Application:

Add 6 drops to ½ gallon of purified or distilled water. In many cases it is helpful to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily. To each quart, add 3 drops essential oil. Add only to glass – not plastic. Massage under the arms and over lymph glands.

Safety:

Grapefruit, lemon, mandarin and orange may be photosensitizing. (Irritation may result if you apply to skin that will be exposed to the sun or UV light.) Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for 3 to 6 hours after use. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
