Ledum is traditionally used to treat kidney-related issues and to protect the native North Americans from scurvy. It has been used to treat fevers and colds. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-tumoral, anti-bacterial, a diuretic and liver-protectant.

 

Application:

Topical: Apply on location as desired.

Inhalation: Directly inhale or diffuse

Internal: Is generally regarded as safe to be taken as a dietary supplement by the FDA.


 

Safety

Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
