Headache Relief

Birch (same chemical properties as Wintergreen), Lavender, Peppermint

 

Indications:

Headaches, minor aches and pains, migraines, sinus and respiratory issues. Birch contains an active principle similar to cortisone and is beneficial for bone, muscle and joint discomfort.

 

Application:

Diffuse. Apply to bottom of feet or rub on the temples to ease headaches.

I love to diffuse this oil. It helps when I feel stuffy or if I just want to freshen up my bedroom. Sometimes I mix a few drops in a cup of Epsom Salt and add it to my hot bath water. Wonderful! – Anna

 

Safety:

May be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
