Extraction Method: Steam distilled from root

Key Constituents:

Zingiberene + Alpha-Selinene 25-40%

Beta-Sesquiphellandrene + Delta-Cadinene 7-14%

Beta-Phellandrena + 1,8 Cineol + Limonene 8-15%

AR Curcumene 5-11%

Properties and Usage:

Ginger is especially known for it's ability to combat nausea. It is anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant, a digestive aid, anesthetic and expectorant.

Ginger is useful for digestive issues including diarrhea and nausea, rheumatism, arthritis, muscular aches and pains and respiratory infections.

 

Application:

Topical: Dilute 50/50 with a carrier oil and apply Ginger on location or as desired

Inhalation: Diffusing Ginger may produce more desirable results when blended with other oils. If too strong, it can cause coughing fits.

Internal: Dilute 50/50 with vegetable oil, put into a capsule and take up to three times daily or as needed 

Safety:

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or UV light if applying to exposed skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
