Testimonies:

I added just a drop or two to each glass of water I drank while nursing my ninth child, and I definitely noticed improvement in my milk supply. – Linda

[Be sure to only put essential oils in glass – not plastic. Essential oils dissolve petrochemicals (plastic), which is great internally, but not great when adding to a drink!]

Safety:

Use caution if epileptic. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
