Extraction Method: Steam distilled from seed

Key Constituents:

Carvone 30-40%

Limonene 15-25%

Alpha- and Beta-Phellandrene 20-35% 


Properties and Usage:

Dill is noted to be anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic, anti-spasmodic, expectorant, pancreatic stimulent and an insulin / blood regulator, which makes it helpful for diabetes. It is used for digestive and liver issues.


Application:

Topical: Dilute Dill 50/50 with a carrier oil and apply 2-4 drops on location or abdomen as desired.

Inhalation: diffuse (undiluted)

Internal: Safe to take as a dietary supplement; dilute


Safety:

Use caution with infants and children. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
