Properties:

Cumin is anti-inflammatory, anti-tumoral, antioxidant, antiviral, a digestive aid, supports the liver and stimulates the immune system. According to the Essential Oil Desk Reference, the ancient Hebrews used Cumin as an antiseptic for circumcision.

Indications:

Cumin is commonly used for cancer, infectious disease and digestive issues

 

Application:

Topical: Dilute 1 part Cumin with 4 parts carrier oil, and apply 2-4 drops on location as desired.

Inhalation: Diffuse (undiluted)

Internal: Can be taken internally: Dilute 1 part Cumin with 4 parts vegetable oil, put into a capsule and 1 daily or as directed by health care provider.

Safety:
Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
