Indications:
This blend of essential oils may support cardiovascular, lymphatic and circulatory systems. It may help lower high blood pressure, reduce stress and alleviate hemorrhoids.

Application:
Apply over the heart, on the bottoms of feet, on the lifeline of the hand and under the left ring finger and left ring toe, on the left arm above the elbow and on the arteries of the neck. It may help to apply this blend along the spine from the first to the fourth thoracic vertebrae, which correspond to the cardiopulmonary nerves. (These would be the vertebrae at your shoulder level.)

Safety:

May be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
