Indications:

ROSEMARY (contains camphene 7% which lowers cholesterol)
ROMAN CHAMOMILE (blood and liver cleanser, stress reducer)
TUSGA (contains camphene 15% which lowers triglycerides)
HELICHRYSUM BLEND (a chelator of plaque in blood vessels, heart regulator)
GINGER (contains curcumene 15% which lowers triglycerides)
GOLDENROD (supports heart function and prostate dysfunction)
Application:
Suitable for dietary, topical and aromatic use. Suggested use is 6-10 drops in a capsule three times daily to help support the liver and balance cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

I take this by mouth, and yes, it tastes awful, but worth enduring for the wonderful benefits. I feel that by taking directly into my mouth it is absorbed the best and utilized without having to go through digestion processes. I take about 3 drops, 3 times daily. Safety:
Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops
of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute
the oil. We've never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term
discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call you doctor if
necessary.
