Alpha-Terpinyl Acetate 42.90%

1,8-Cineole 32.55%

Linalyl Acetate 6.10%

Sabinene 3.55%

Linalool 3.35%

 

Indications:

Cardamom seed essential oil was one of the most prized spices in ancient Greece and Rome and is mentioned in one of the oldest known medical records dating from 16th century B.C.

Cardamom has antispasmodic (neuromuscular), expectorant and antiparasitic (worms) properties and is used for lung / sinus infections, indigestion, senility and headaches.

 

Application:

Topical: Dilute 1 part Cardamom with 1 part carrier oil and apply 2-4 drops on location as desired.

Inhalation: Diffuse (undiluted)

Internal: Can be taken internally: Four drops up to three times daily

Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye. Water will not adequately dilute the oil. We’ve never known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
